~ GRAY MATTERS ~
From the desk of Thomas Gray

Well the times they are a changing. On my desk alone I have received 17 requests in the last week for recruiting assistance from several companies across the industry. Unconventional work and EOR are the orders of the day and I need now more than ever to expand my network of talented professionals in our industry.

The most intriguing change with this new influx of opportunities is the shift from the “purple unicorn” to the standard stallion. Instead of the request for someone with 15 years experience in a 5 year old specialty I am getting the request for Engineers and Geologists with 5 to 8 years experience and exposure to the Unconventional or EOR environments.

I do have three high priorities this week and I have included them below. Please take a look at the Universal Personnel website for a complete list of our open positions.
